Hey there! I’m a photographer based in beautiful Jupiter, FL, and one of my favorite types of sessions to shoot is engagement sessions. Not only are they full of excitement and love, but they’re also incredibly meaningful—especially if I’ll be photographing your wedding too.

If you’ve never had professional photos taken before, an engagement session is the perfect way to ease into it. It gives you a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera, and more importantly, it lets us get to know each other. When your wedding day arrives, you won’t be wondering what to do with your hands or how to pose—because we’ve already worked together, and you’ll know exactly what to expect.
And if I’m your wedding photographer? Even better. This session allows us to build a connection, which always shows up in your final images. The more comfortable and natural you feel, the more your true personalities shine through. That’s when the magic happens.
2. Timing Is Everything
I always recommend scheduling your engagement photos around 8–10 months before your wedding. This gives you plenty of time to use your photos for save-the-dates, RSVPs, wedding websites, or even a custom guest book. Plus, having your session early means one less thing to think about closer to the big day.
3. Simple Pricing, No Surprises
Just like all of my one-hour sessions, my engagement sessions are $650. That includes one hour of shooting, your professionally edited gallery, and the full experience of working together in a fun, laid-back environment. Whether we’re wandering through a park, walking along the beach at golden hour, or capturing those candid moments that make your relationship unique, it’s all about celebrating your love story your way.
